When a Beaver, Cub, Scout or Explorer makes their Promise, they will earn the Membership Award, which is sometimes known as the World Badge.
Featuring an image of the fleur de lis. This is the international Scout symbol, worn by Scouts all over the world.

Activity Sheet Safety Notes:
Computers / Online Access: Supervise young people when they are online and give them advice about staying safe. Glue and Solvents: Supervise young people appropriately when they’re using glue and solvent products. Make sure there’s plenty of ventilation. Be aware of any medical conditions which could be affected by glue or solvent use and make adjustments as needed. Flame: Make sure anyone handling naked flames is doing so safely. Check that the equipment and area are suitable and have plenty of ventilation. Have a safe way to extinguish the fire in an emergency. Food / Allergies: Check for allergies before you begin. Make sure you have suitable areas for storing and preparing food and avoid cross contamination of different foods. Gardening and Nature: Wash your hands after the activity has finished and wear gloves if needed. Hot Oil: Some recipes use very hot oil it is strongly advised that an adult is responsible for the frying part. Rubbish and Recycling: All items should be clean and suitable for this activity. Scissors / Sharp Objects: Supervise young people appropriately when using scissors. Store all sharp objects securely, out of the reach of young people.
